Who operates ALYUNE

ALYUNE is operated by Chris Clifford (legal operator/trading name to be confirmed). Contact: support@alyuneapp.com.

Information we use

To personalise the experience, ALYUNE may use your name, birth date, birthplace, profile answers, selected symbols and questions. CONNECT may use relevant information supplied by participating users.

AI and payments

ALYUNE uses a Supabase backend and an AI provider to generate interpretations from relevant reading information. Apple and RevenueCat process or relay subscription and purchase status. Exact data retention and provider processing details must be verified before publication.

Storage and deletion

Some profile and reading information is stored on your device. Account, transaction and reading information may also be stored on servers. Resetting your local profile does not necessarily delete server records. Final retention periods and deletion processes must be confirmed.

For access, correction, deletion or other applicable privacy rights, contact support@alyuneapp.com. UK residents may contact the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Children

Age eligibility and safeguards must be checked against the final app configuration before publication.
